In Senior Infants we made anometers using recycled materials. Anometers are used by meteorologists to measure the force/strength of the wind. We measured how strong the wind was on our homemade anometers by counting how many times the cup with the X passed by our eyes. I wonder how strong the wind was during Storm Darragh!
