Today the boys and girls in 1st class charmed everyone in their fabulous green outfits for Lá Glas. We kicked off St.Patricks Day celebrations early, performing our song and poem as Gaeilge in front of the school, taking part in our céilí with our dances An Dreolín and Shoe the Donkey and ending it all with a very passionate and proud performance of Irelands Call and Amhráin na bhFiann☘️☺️ Everyone made a great effort to incorporate a little extra Gaeilge into their daily chat both this week and last week for Seachtain na Gaeilge but in particular, well done to our Gaelgóir na Seachtaine, Sam Morrissey for going above and beyond in school to use the Irish language.
