We were so busy in the lead up to the Easter Holidays that I forgot to post 'Our News'. We had a baking morning with all money raised going to Trócaire. Our Easter buns were delicious!!! We had a class Easter Egg Hunt outside and no eggs were left undiscovered with these Super Detectives! Everybody was looking forward to our Easter Egg Raffle. We had four winners and to the disappointment of the boys it was 4 girls' names that came out of the hat this time! Congratulations to Kelly, Josie, Lily-Mai and Millie. The Challenge to Change team asked us to help to draw and decorate some houses adding lots of comforts and necessities to make them into homes. The children loved this activity out in the sunshine. They added furniture, fireplaces, families, pets, food, curtains, flowers, to name but a few of the things that they decided make a house a home. After our Spring clean morning, making sure there was no litter on our school grounds, we left for the holidays as Easter Bunnies with our art & craft.
